• Nominees must be 15, 16, 17 or 18 on July 1^st 2024
• Nominees must be residents of Bradford-on-Avon or one of its surrounding catchment villages, ie Monkton Farleigh, Atworth, Holt, Broughton Gifford, Winsley, Wingfield, Westwood,  Iford,  or South Wraxhall.
• Nominations may be made by schools, youth leaders or other individuals involved in particular activities
• You may not nominate yourself – or be nominated by a family member.
• Nominations must be received by 30^th September 2024 on the official form below or on additional forms downloaded from this website.
